this vehicle and have owned it for over 14 years.
I invested $5000 in body work into it 3 years ago.
It is wired for an RV battery that is located in
the box as GMC uses 2 battery's under the hood for
starting. When I purchased the truck the previous
owners had recently replaced the entire top end of
the truck. This involved new cylinder heads,
valves, etc.
The truck gets good mileage for such a beast. The
last time I was on the highway it gave 24mpg. It
starts easy and has always had additive put into
the fuel.

-new exhaust
-front hub service
-new fuel tank
